The
Port of Corpus Christi owns nearly 350-acres of premier developable
land on the Gulf of Mexico, known as Harbor Island. The ultimate
development plan of Harbor Island remains to be determined, but
a recent study conducted by Gee & Jensen highlights 3 potential
uses:
- Industrial-with
oil fabrication and/or storage
- Residential
- Resort
At this time, the Port of Corpus Christi is seeking interested
parties for the development of Habor Island. For more information,
please contact Frank Brogan (frank@pocca.com).
